Waited 10-15 minutes behind only one other car. When I finally got to the window, the staff member actually asked me what I ordered. When I mentioned it was a sausage biscuit, he said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I was traveling from Jax to Orlando on a time constraint and pulled off with no food, no apology and the worst service I have experienced ever.

I had a terrible experience months ago where I had placed an online order and was ignored and when finally acknowledged the staff was incredibly rude. I swore I would never visit here again but my child wanted to try it so I relented. I came by towards the end of the night earlier this week and went to place my order to which the person said "We don't got no chicken." I said ok and tried to order something else and the woman screamed "We don't got NOTHIN" Crazy how a restaurant advertises a late night menu and they have nothing over an hour before close. This place needs to be shut down or the staff needs to be fired

Food was for dinning room but packed for take out... bo totts were perfect but the rest was not made like we are used to getting... maybe It was a bad day or shift... dont know but this visit here was awful.

I decided to take my family here tonight as usual but tonight was the night that decided I would never come back here again as the service was unacceptable. While submitting my order at the register the attendant informed of no chicken supremes. I always order them but still decided to order something else. We waited for over 20 minutes to be told that an item we ordered was not available. This was after their girlfriends arrived to distract the workers whom were all screwing around and laughing. This of course is fine when the service is good by all means they should laugh and have fun but not before you take an order and realize 20 minutes later that you don’t have an item that was rung up. Also after a guy that ordered after me received his food first while mine wasn’t even worked on yet which I take personally given I’ve provided bojangles plenty of revenue every two weeks but no more. I will not be back here again and I hope this place goes out of business and given how they run it in examples like this it won’t be too long. Owner read this if you even care!!!!

Middle aged black women making dough is kneading dough with one hand while using the phone with the other. Don’t place online orders here as they won’t start it until your there regardless.
