I left and when leaving I saw two workers in the lobby one on his phone the other sweeping with a headset on indicating he could hear the drive thru orders. What a shame for the company. If Your short-staffed at least acknowledge customers and let them know. Don't ignore money smh.

Looks like they never got their order and they left. No one ever came to the window. Service should not be this slow for how little demand there was. Our order was not complicated but it should not take this long to get through the line. Worst case complicate orders should be asked to pull up ahead while other people could get their orders through. What a waste of time. Never coming back again.

I got the blackberry cobbler that had no ICING even though it shows it on the photo?! This place in general is not good, and as a first time customer i will never go back again.

However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, I was informed that it was not possible.The on-shift manager was rude when delivering my food. They forgot two of my drinks, the sauce I requested, and the food was bland. I recommend considering another establishment.

Staff member 2 asks us to pull forward to wait even longer, after which they come out and clarify the order yet again. When they give us the order, after we ordered and were charged for Cheerwine, we were given none. We went back to the window to kindly remind them about the cheer wine and Staff member 2 in a rude manner states that they don't sell cheerwine. I say that's okay can I just have Pepsi at least? And she then talks to Staff member 1 on why he sold us cheerwine, to which he says he didn't know what it was, he just rang it up. She then gets us Pepsi and and dismissively says have a nice day, without any apology whatsoever. At least the potato rounds were good, the chicken wasn't.
