  We came to Topgolf for a bachelor party and had an absolutely amazing experience! The atmosphere was incredible — great energy, great music, awesome food and drinks, and just an all-around fun environment for a group celebration. A huge shoutout to Deb, who was phenomenal from start to finish. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure our group had a great time and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about customer service. Also, Tyler at the bar was excellent as well — super personable, quick with service, and made fantastic drinks. Between Deb and Tyler, the customer service was top-tier. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend for bachelor parties, group outings, or just a fun night out!

  Spoke to a kaylie this morning at 9am when they open, was supposed to get a call from the office manager lauren,3 hours later i decided to call back, because no phone call yet, lauren was not helpful at all, after i explained my inconvenience of being double charged she then told me to calm down ( which i was, i was just annoyed) she then tells me that she apologizes she was in the middle of payroll, sorry but payroll has nothing to do with me. I asked her to please delete all my information, she then tells me she doesnt have access to do that, thats kaylie and the sales team. So i asked what do i need to go get a new card so you dont have my information she decides to say if you would like to get a new card thats up to me. No kidding lauren, im sorry but after paying an arm and a leg to golf here for 2 hours and some halfway decent food for a crazy fee of $400 to be hit with another $399 not sure why? i left the conversation more annoyed then when i started. Will not be going back to top golf i would suggest more of the virtual experience or a real course both around $60 dollars way better experience and you wont have to deal with the office manager lauren when u have an issue because lauren will not help she will just tell you to calm down and go get a new debit card.

  We have been here a couple of times over the last few years and the staff have always been very helpful and accommodating. The food has always been very good and our last visit didnt disapont. The only thing I would say is I would like to see slightly better equipment for us to use. We can't bring our own clubs because we live to far away so we have to use the stuff they have at the table. Considering how everything else is above average I would hope the clubs would be a little better...

  I had a concern that I needed help with. I spoke to the Manager, Scott, by phone and he was extremely helpful, personable and professional. He asked when we would arrive and he was waiting at the front desk to resolve the situation personally. Our server, Colleen, was only on the job two days and she took great care of us during our golf experience! She was very friendly and efficient! Scott even made a point to come to our bay to check on us while we golfed. Thank you Scott and Colleen for providing superior service! We will be back.

  We visited on a Thursday, and to our surprise, it was pretty quiet. However, we still faced a 30-minute wait for a bay, so we decided to head upstairs for some food and drinks at the open bar. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Despite the low crowd, everything was moving at a snail's pace. I specifically ordered a dish without cheese, but they still served it loaded with cheese! To make matters worse, it took an additional 30 to 45 minutes for my meal to arrive. By the time my food finally made its appearance, my guest had already finished his meal. I was really disappointed, especially since no one bothered to check in on us or offer any compensation considering the mix-up and the long wait. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning after this experience.
