    You don't take orders over the phone only by website everything's on a computer a specialty is too much work even for your employees! The food's really good but dealing with ordering just isn't worth my time! The food is good but you have no communication skills whatsoever! Your website's confusing and hard to use.

    I had higher expectations, to me just a better than average fast food kind of pizza place. They don’t take cash. You can’t call in a phone order, which is a pain. Cause if you order online and you say you don’t want half hot honey on the pizza, it doesn’t give you that option. I’ll probably go back, but I wouldn’t say it’s great or worth a long drive. My son loved it

    My friends and I had a very strange experience at the St Pete location. We had tried this pizza recently at a wine and pizza pairing event, and we were really excited to visit the restaurant. It’s quite small inside with only four booths that seat four people. I approached the person working at the register to ask if we could place a chair at the end of one of the tables to create a fifth seat, since we had five adults. Her reaction was so bizarre- she snapped at me and told me that I needed to give the current table time to vacate and once the table was empty they would clean it up for us…. but that I need give them time to properly leave their seating without rushing. It was so strange and not at all what I had asked about. Her reaction was so aggressive that my entire party immediately decided that we were not comfortable staying so we left. Too bad - the one piece I tried at the event was delicious.

    First time I tried this spot, I was disappointed to find out they do not put sauce on their pizza margherita. It is essentially breadsticks with toppings. Decided to give them another chance, this time ordering a plain cheese pizza to-go. I tried to order online, but saw that they charge a fee for doing so, so I tried calling to place the order for pick up, only for them to say you can only order online. The food is definitely not good enough for me to pay a fee just to be able to order.

    Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We dined in and waited over 1.5 hours for a pizza. During that time, we asked multiple times if our food was ready and were repeatedly told no. When we finally received our food, the pizza was cold. It had apparently been sitting in the warmer the entire time while employees continued telling us it wasn’t ready. The level of incompetence and lack of organization was unbelievable The front counter employee was completely unhelpful, and there appeared to be no system whatsoever for getting food to customers. Some names were called out, while other orders were shoved into a warmer and forgotten. After wasting over 90 minutes of our evening, receiving cold food we were beyond frustrated. This restaurant is poorly managed, disorganized, and clearly does not value its customers’ time. We will never return and would not recommend it to anyone.
