We waited for 20 minutes in the parking lot and when we walked in at 10:30 she rudely told us they were not going to be open for another 30 minutes to an hour. The door was OPEN. When we got there, the place was nearly empty, just two guys ahead of us and a group of three women waiting near the register for a pickup order. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes while the two employees finished helping the customers in front of us. After they checked them out, the group of women asked about their order, which they had placed five hours earlier. One of the employees responded with a pretty rude comment, basically telling them to look around and understand there were only two people working, so they’d have to wait. The women were understandably frustrated since their order should have already been ready. Right after that, the other employee turned to us and said it would be about a 20-minute wait for our food as well. At that point, we decided to leave. The lack of customer service and organization made the whole experience feel like a complete waste of time.
