  Visit on Mother's Day the place was hot no air couldn't enjoy the food it was to damn hot in the place . Food was cold . What a waste of time spent over $150 left pretty much everything on the table 🙃

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an experience my family and I had at the 4th St Outback location on Thursday, May 7th around lunchtime. My wife, mother-in-law, and I came in for what was supposed to be our usual family lunch date. To be completely honest, we normally avoid this particular location because the service is often poor, but we decided to give it another try. After waiting nearly an hour for our food, I politely asked about our order. I do want to acknowledge that the bartender was moving quickly, kept our drinks coming, and was pleasant throughout the visit. Unfortunately, once our food finally arrived, all three plates were cold to the touch, the steaks were overcooked, and the overall quality was unacceptable. What made the situation far worse was the way Manager Jessica handled it. She approached our table with an immediate nasty attitude, attempted to hand us cold baked potatoes, and when I refused to take them, she hit my hand with the plate. Instead of listening while we calmly tried to explain the issue, she stormed off and completely abandoned the conversation. Thankfully, another manager from the takeout area — I believe his name was Bryce — stepped in and completely de-escalated the situation. He was professional, respectful, and handled the matter far better than Jessica did. At that point, I was extremely upset because there was absolutely no reason for us to be treated with such disrespect. To make matters even more frustrating, two other couples who arrived approximately 30–45 minutes after us were able to receive their meals, finish eating, and pay before we even received our check. My family and I have been loyal Outback customers for over 20 years and dine at Outback at least once a week. In fact, we usually choose to drive to other nearby cities or dine elsewhere entirely just to avoid the poor service at this location. Jessica, in particular, has consistently displayed rude behavior and a negative attitude during previous visits as well. I have personally witnessed her interactions with other customers, and this latest experience was simply unacceptable. We work hard for our money and expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism when dining at a restaurant we have supported for decades. Instead, I left feeling completely disgusted and disappointed. I hope this matter is taken seriously because no customer should be treated this way.

  Came here for my boyfriend’s bday dinner, amazing service by Ernest and the team. Delicious food, quick wait times, loved to see the teamwork from the employees here. Really seemed like everyone got along, and was enjoying their time. Good luck Earnest in your future business adventures!

  Flawless service and excellent food for a group of 25+! I recently attended a large party of over 25 people at the Outback Steakhouse on 4th St. North in St. Petersburg on May 8th around 8 PM, and the experience was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. A huge thank you to Ava, who was so professional and helpful over the phone when I called to coordinate; she truly set the tone for the entire visit and was even kind enough to help me confirm the names of the wonderful staff who assisted us. When we arrived, Angelina the hostess greeted us with such a warm smile and had us settled in no time—she couldn’t have been more helpful in getting our large party organized. I also want to extend a sincere thank you to the entire host staff for their teamwork and hospitality in accommodating such a large group so smoothly. Servers, Ernest and Delaney, were absolute pros. Managing a table of 25+ is no easy feat, but they were always smiling and incredibly attentive. They were fast with the drinks and ensured every single order was perfect. On top of the stellar service, the food was excellent and enjoyed by everyone in the group. It’s rare to find such seamless, friendly service and quality for a group of our size. They were so wonderful that I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the 4th St. N team for making our gathering so special!"

  Tommy was amazing, he’s the best server I’ve ever had in any Outback establishment. Very polite and has amazing customer service skills, the manager is also great we had to send back a steak and they handled it quickly and with grace. 12/10 stars definitely will be coming back. Ask for Tommy when you come here!
