  I had a terrible experience at this Kahwa coffee location at 9:08 am when I was describing to the person what type of coffee I wanted, a hot lathe coffee, with six packets of Splenda, extra whole milk, and room but the rude barista/cashier, whom I didn’t catch his name unfortunately, who was Caucasian and brownish to dirty-blonde colored hair, rudely interrupted me before I could finish and claimed that customers have to add the sweetener packets and all to the coffee themselves to which I responded with well what I am paying for then? He said “oh Jesus Christ” under his breath and when I asked him what he said, he became even more disrespectful and rude and claimed I came in with an attitude when all I wanted was to have my coffee prepared and made how I wanted, and he was the only miserable one there with an attitude. I hope corporate sees this and takes proper disciplinary action against this employee as I won’t be returning here. Do better and treat your customers better. Unacceptable.

  I can’t even rate the food because when I went in to pick up a TooGoodToGo order, they’d already given the rest of the food away despite knowing there was still an order unfulfilled (mine). Don’t sell the bags if you’re not going to ration the food in a way where everyone who paid for a bag can get what they paid for. And it wasn’t like I had just bought the bag— I had bought it this morning, so they definitely knew there was another order.

  I’ve been to this coffee shop a few times; it’s just a convenient spot I happen to pass by, and parking is easy... I’m not a fan of foods that are too oily or sweet. The server recommended a savory Danish pastry; although it was oily, the taste was actually quite good. However, the other item—a lemon-flavored pastry—was far too dry and hard, with a terrible texture... I ended up having to throw it away. If you aren't particular about the quality of the coffee—and don't mind whether it's hand-brewed or drip, or whether it's pure coffee or a mixed drink—this is still a pleasant place to visit; there are usually plenty of empty seats.

  The staff have attitudes and unwelcoming. Black girl was cool, white girl making coffee , not so nice. I stood on one side of the coffee bar waiting for my coffee, she makes it and questions if I ordered something. Then, she doesn’t give it to me, she place it on the other side of the bar table with a condescending look on her face.Her customer service skills suck.
