  This is very unfortunate. I like JJ but they never have delivery people available. Isn't that what their business was built on? Is this true for all JJ places or just the one in St. Pete? Very disappointing.

  Got delivery took one full hour to get, my ice had melted in my drink.. and legit my sandwich was bread only. No meat, no cheese, no nothing. For real just bread cut in half. Not even joking. I’ve been waiting another full hour to get a replacement

  I agree with the other negative reviews. Constantly mess my orders up and are unapologetic about it. Have also ordered delivery only to be told after waiting an inordinate amount of time that they don't have a delivery person. I keep returning to this location due the proximity to my house and quality of the food itself, only to be disappointed over and over again.

  This is the 3rd time iv ordered a little John Sandwhich and the bread has been stale. This is the second time I pay for ranch and I don’t receive that either. This location needs some serious evaluation and customer service isn’t always the best either. Not ordering again from here
