  Ive been there a bunch of times since they 1st opened and this place just keeps getting worse since they changed owners. The food was always good in the past, so I looked past some things. Not anymore. The guys only wore gloves on 1 hand and were touching things other than the food with the glove on. The batter and oil was old. I threw out most of my order cause it just tasted bad and the dough had a rubbery texture. Not fresh at all. Hopefully it doesn't get me sick. The tvs don't work and have been messed up for a long time. Its dirty inside. It smells musty. They guys working weren't friendly at all. And the 1 just kinda stood around. Its like they were just filling in or something and didn't want to be there and were not prepared.

  Just went and did a mobile order, I got the Nutella strawberry waffle, the Oreo waffle and the brownie with ice cream and it was just ok. The waffles were dry and not warm or anything it was kind of cold. Portions were very small and lowkey kind of pricey. Probably won’t go back but worth a try.

  I called and asked if I could substitute strawberries for bananas and they guy laughed in my face I proceeded to say I have a allergy unfortunately I love strawberries but I can’t eat them so i kindly asked why not and he said they don’t do that and proceeded to to laugh at me I will never give my business to a company that doesn’t care about there customers this place has the worst customer service and food!

  Couldn’t make a simple substitution and rudely laughed/scoffed about it when I made the request. It’s okay if you didn’t want to do it but being rude about it was unnecessary. I was just asking to substitute strawberries for bananas which they obviously had since they make banana sundaes so it’s not like it was an outrageous request. Will never eat here again and will stop telling friends about it as well.
