They’ll screw up your order and you can’t speak to anybody in English at this location… You might as well be in The jungle of Peru. Quick TIP: Go across the street to the Texas roadhouse and get yourself a real burger with a real meal and almost the exact same price. They had their promo today on national cheeseburger day… Nobody could validate the promo code “Bogo burger” I spent over an hour at their location, trying to get my meal set up… Obviously understaffed and overworked unhappy employees as well … We went to Chick-fil-A across the street and hope that our food would be ready Five guys when we got back, it wasn’t ready… I already paid almost 30 bucks… I have to wait until tomorrow to have American Express refund me because the people across the counter didn’t understand and there was no sense in complaining… Truly sad experience this restaurant used to be really good and the quality used to be exceptional… This is what happens when you just don’t care anymore…FAIL. I follow the complaint under homepage also which is a horrible app by itself… Did he entire experience cost me over $150 because I get paid that much per hour. Run away from this location… There’s better food across the street!
