  Stay away from this Chipotle. Seriously, if you’re thinking about eating here, go to the location on 4th Street instead. This is the SECOND time in three days that I’ve received chicken that was undercooked and barely seasoned. On top of that, they had no steak available and showed absolutely no urgency or willingness to make more. Two bad experiences in three days is enough for me. The food quality and overall experience were terrible, and I will not be coming back to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the Chipotle on 4th Street instead.

  All of these people and only one employee working the line. Expect this every time. I’ve been coming here for years and this place still sucks I’m just so hungry I have no other choice. This chipotle needs to close.

  As soon as I walked in the person making the food was completely disrespectful she even threw my bowl on the counter to the checkout lady. She was angry she wouldn’t let me finish saying what I wanted and I did nothing!! Then the checkout lady was rude too what the heck is going on here

  The service was fine, but the food and drink areas were a mess with utensils everywhere and dirty drink dispensers. I asked to try the chicken, it was cold, and the guy just stared at a gross-looking grill as if he might use it to reheat it up. Hard pass! The entire place was just too dirty, unsanitary and that's unacceptable. S/n the only clean looking place was where the gentleman was completing uber/etc orders. Do better!!

  I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this 34th St. South St. Petersburg location. My daughter went out to grab us dinner, and the entire experience was terrible from start to finish. There was a massive line, the employees were incredibly rude, and they were completely out of staple items like lettuce. This is also the second time in a row she has gone there looking for the honey chicken, and they still didn’t have any available.When she brought the meals home, the food was completely unappetizing and not even eatable. On top of everything else, the food had absolutely zero flavor and was completely bland. The chicken was served freezing cold, forcing us to have to heat up our own bowls just to try and eat them. As you can clearly see in the pictures, the rice is incredibly gummy, sticky, and clumped together into solid, rubbery masses. The bowl was also absolutely drowned in sour cream, turning the whole thing into a disgusting, mushy mess. My poor daughter tried her absolute best to eat as much of hers as she could manage, but it was just too horrible to finish. This was a ridiculous waste of money. Chipotle needs to fix its quality control immediately.
