  I would leave zero stars if possible. I arrived 15 minutes before closing (which I did feel bad about, but was unavoidable). When I walked in the door, one of the employees immediately said "oh was that door not locked?". Then told me that the meat had been contaminated and had to be thrown out. As I was looking for somewhere else still open, I proceeded to see multiple people pull up and be served and take home food. They appeared to be family members of the employees. Wouldn't recommend going here and I hope the manager looks at who was working this evening.

  I don’t normally complain, but I got a chicken chipotle bowl through the app today and I barely had four regular sized pieces of chicken in my bowl. The rest of it, which still wasn’t much, were a little bits and pieces of chicken scattered throughout the bowl. I’ve felt that I’d been underserved chicken before, but not like this, so I had to say something.

  Somehow both the newest and worst Chipotle in St Pete? The woman on the line responsible for sealing my to go container didn’t do it well enough, and I ended up with the most disgusting, wet mess in my car when I lifted the bag and everything burst through the bottom. The food was not up to par and far too moist. I like fresh, but I do not like it to be soupy, which it was. Whoever manages that store should be more discerning with their hires and train for a much loftier standard than they’re currently meeting.

  I come here at least one to two times a week. After one visit I had, I will not be returning after what I witnessed. I saw chaos, a huge mess in the food serving area, no leadership and the person who I thought was the manager, yelled at everyone. No manager should be yelling, period. I also witnessed lids to pots fall on the floor and the cook picked them up and put it on the pot that was cooking on the stove! The black lady who appears to be in a leadership role sighs heavily under her breath when someone changes their mind about adding chips or a drink at the register. This whole location needs a purge by corporate. The lackluster attitudes and slow service are not acceptable when serving the public. The health department should be called immediately.

  I was at this Chipotle yesterday afternoon. There were about 12 people in line in front of me. It took (without exaggeration) 25 minutes for me to get my food. It was as if the establishment (minus the cook) was run by miserable sloths….That was until Perry came in. As soon as Perry got on that line things moved with ease. She was pleasant the whole time with such a positive demeanor. When I got through ordering on the line, Perry (and the cook) noticed the person who was charged with manning the register was missing. I was almost done this insanely dragged out experience to have the now 5 people in front of me just standing there with their orders complete but no one at the cash register. While the cook went to look for the missing employee, Perry didn’t miss a beat. She took her gloves off, hopped on the register AND with a genuine smile on her face proceeded to cash us all out. I most definitely wouldn’t have been able to keep that smile with everyone around me being as incompetent as they were but Perry somehow still managed it. Once it became my turn, I informed Perry that I also had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago but was missing. Again, not missing a beat, she walks up to the employee (still with a positive demeanor) and collected the mobile orders for me and another gentlemen and kindly reminded the staff member to place them on the pick up shelf after making the orders. Then she hopped right back on the register. Despite the amazing quality of the food, I will not be going back to this Chipotle again as the miserable vibes, slowness, and uncleanliness of the surface of the line raised my stress levels more than is worth it. However, if I were to ever go back to this Chipotle, it would be for Perry alone (and the cook was great too). Everyone needs a Perry 👏🏻
