I usually go to this Arbys over the one down south because the service is better and quality is much more consistent. Tonight, 2 people were working that I interacted with. A guy who was pleasant and helpful. Then there was a girl that had dark straight hair. I placed a mobile order so I didnt interact with her much but when I said "thank you so much" she kinda sarcastically mocked me back in my voice, slammed the drive thru window and when I looked over at the guy, he was just as shocked as I was. Eyes wide open and shrugged at me.
I dont know what got into her oats this morning, but im pretty sure my voice upset her.
Wish her all the best, but also wish she worked at the other location. At least the food was correct. The only bad taste in my mouth is her attitude.

Y'all have the meats? Where? Definitely not in my Reuben. To be fair this was the first time this happened to me, but it was still disappointing; especially when it's your slogan. Service sucked. Dude was on the phone while my sandwich just say there, then when he got off of the phone he served everyone who ordered after me first. The Bible says the first shall be last, but you don't expect it at a fast food restaurant.
For a fast food place, this Arby's is clean, service is good, and a nice variety of food. I live the potato cakes.
Best one in st pete.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this Arby’s location at all costs. My experience here was bad enough with the staff acting like they’re traffic cops, but it gets much worse when you try to hold them accountable.
After a terrible encounter with their staff, I tried to get a simple refund through corporate. That’s when the stonewalling started. The franchise refused to provide a receipt or even acknowledge the transaction happened. When my wife called to try and resolve the issue directly, they didn't even have the integrity to discuss it properly. Instead, someone from store #67 called her from a private, blocked number—likely to avoid creating any record of the conversation. Predictably, they left no voicemail.
They are clearly trying to hide their tracks. If you want to be treated with disrespect, have your money taken, and then be harassed by employees using shady, anonymous tactics to dodge responsibility, then this is the place for you. Everyone else: take your business literally anywhere else.
