I went there today and the food was cold. I was on my break so I couldn’t go back. Fresh food is all I ask for.

it was such an honour to come to Rod Waves hometown Arby's. you already know i had to get the half pound sour chitlins meal with no drink, i absolutely loved it, i cant wait for the rod wave takeover event, its finna be lit

I made an online order on 4/10/26 through the Arby's app to be picked up at the drive through. I placed the order at 2:45 pm for pickup at 4:30 pm. I ordered specific items like potato cakes, beef and cheddar sandwiches, curly fries and 2 shakes. I paid in the app so I could just grab and go. When I get to the drive through on time and get to the windows they asked me to repeat my order, which I did. They then tell me they're out of potato cakes and wanted to give me mozzarella sticks instead. I said to give me curly fries instead. I'm already frustrated because of the extra wait time, so I left when he handed me the bag. It was when I got home 15 min later I found out they didn't give me the correct order. I received 5 plain single roast beef sandwiches, 1 oder of crinkle fries and my 2 drinks allofit cold andtasteless. Tried to call the store got a fast busy signal for over 15 minutes. Called corporate and filed a complaint and was told someone would get back with me in 24 to 48 hrs. I didn't hear anything until today with their same old line about it was an error and they wanted to make it right. Don't waste your time at the 5th Ave North location. Your money spends anywhere and with the way prices are now you can't justify the cost of eating here. Take your money and run somewhere else if you value your time, money and taste buds. It's been going downhill for years and I don't see anyimprovement in the future-100 stars.
