  Stopped in for dinner on Aug. 8, 2026. Girl at the counter was absolutely terrible. ZERO interpersonal skills and totally unfriendly. She nodded her head at us which I guess meant she was ready to take our order. No verbal communication during our entire transaction. Everything was a head nod or a finger point to the credit card machine. If she was my employee she would be looking for a new job immediately. No greeting, no thank you. Service rating is actually a zero, one is too high but a zero is not an option.

  Food was ok. Way too expensive. Had to have enter a code to use the bathroom. But a meal for two was $30.00 double roast beef and cheese steak. Both with small drink. I think that is ridiculous pricing.

  Lol. Horrible. Last time we went we decided never to go back but forgot how bad it was and went for lunch. Dude forgot the tomato on my sandwich and thought he'd run a slice out to me after we had our food to the table. Cashier didn't get order right.... ordered a combo with regular fries. Didn't get drink and got cold curly fries. Pretty much a waste of time and money. If they were busy I'd let it slide. They didn't have the dessert either :(

  I ordered a pecan chicken salad and this is what I’ve gotten. I’ve had Arby’s chosen salad sandwiches for years and I don’t know what this is. There’s no apples, barely any mayo, huge pieces if celery. And almost no flavor. I posted a picture I’d the actual sandwich so you can see how ridiculous mine looks. I’m extremely disappointed that I paid my money for this!
