  I NEVER leave bad reviews because I understand what it takes to work at fast food and dealing with rude customers but this was a little ridiculous. I placed an order online and I checked my bag and noticed that my fries were not extra seasoned like I asked and the portion size was not right. I spoke to a lady behind the counter and I was very polite when I asked if I could get some more fries. Her first instinct was to go back and forth with me. She said that the portion size is determined by the “scooper” they use in the back. I worked at Wingstop for 3 years and just recently left the location I used to work at because I relocated so I knew what scooper she was talking about. And even after I told her that she still tried to convince me of the fact that the scooper they use in the back is why the fries were so small. This is RIDICULOUS. The standard for a regular size at Wingstop is 9oz, there is a scale in the back which the employees can use to measure fries. Yes, they use the scooper but the fries still need to be a good portion size. I could tell just by looking at the fries that they were not 9oz because again I’ve worked at Wingstop for 3 years and I’m not an idiot. I have my own food scale at home so I weighed the fries I was given when I got home and OH! Like I thought it was NOT 9oz it was merely 5oz. It seemed insane to me that she even went back and forth with me when the solution was simple. I was only asking for the fries I paid for nothing more.

  Horrible customer service. I came in to pick up an online order. They made several orders for people dining in. I waited 20 mins longer than estimated. The lobby was empty when I came in. They workers weren’t concerned with wait time. Awful customer service.

  Placed my order online for it to be ready around 7:30 wasn’t ready when I got there. Lady up front super rude. No one was wearing gloves, place was dirty, non family friendly music playing loudly in the back with bad words. We will not be going back, the wings also were not the best super soggy.

  We just had an amazing lunch the staff was amazing and the place was spotless the food came out fresh and hot. I will only eat at this one !!

  Absolutely one of the best Wingstop experiences I’ve had. The boneless wings were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor in every bite. The tenders were just as impressively fresh, tender, and coated evenly with seasoning and sauce. The quality really stood out. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. The sides deserve their own shoutout. The seasoned fries were hot, crispy, and addictive, and the ranch was hands down some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Every item came out fresh, flavorful, and exactly how it should be. The corn at Wingstop is seriously underrated it’s one of the best sides on the menu. The Cajun fried corn comes out hot, buttery, and packed with flavor. It has the perfect balance of sweetness from the corn and a bold, slightly spicy kick from the seasoning. If you’re ordering, don’t skip the corn it’s easily a standout and worth adding every time. 🌽🔥
