So I ordered from Pizza Hut on Narcoossee right when they opened, my guilty pleasure. I ordered stuffed crust pizza with parm sauce and cheese. It arrived and there was NO SAUCE on my pizza. When I called to get a new one sent out, the male empyloee basically called me a liar then said “well I put the sauce on it myself.” SIR WHERE?!? The pizza is being fixed because I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted my pizza to be correct. I just don’t think it was necessary to insinuate I was being untruthful when it was made wrong. Also my replacement being sent out has other drop offs before mine. You’d think when you’re replacing a messed up order it would take priority. Now I’m extremely pregnant and sitting here crying not because of the order being incorrect, but because of how I was spoken too on the phone.
