  What’s the point of ordering online ahead of time for pickup if the designated pickup area is always empty? Even when your order is already ready inside, you still have to get in the regular line and wait just to receive it. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is to save time and have a quick pickup. Having a designated pickup area that isn’t actually being used completely defeats the purpose.

  This is the second time I have gone to this location and they were out of cheese. I understand if it was right before closing time, but it was only 8 o’clock with another 3 hours to go till closing. I will be driving further I guess to another location since this brand new location cannot get it together. Adding after Owners response. I love the owners response saying to go to the link they provided but that location does not even populate. Photo attached to show proof it does not populate.

  Why did I go in with my coworker and right in front of me he was served a generous amount of protein on his first scoop…. I on the other hand had to pay for extra protein because I was given a ity bity bit of what was left of the bottom of the pan of protein …. I mean nobody else was in line or waiting for food or anything it was just us two in there…. So I had to pay for extra protein for 2 mini scoops of protein….. because staff just couldn’t make more protein so I why not skimp good paying customers. …. Then I send my wife in and she calls me laughing saying that it must have been just me because she had received a ridiculous amount of protein and only payed 11 $…. Meanwhile I paid 22 dollars and still got a normal sized portion of protein or maybe even less than a normal portion. That’s not cool. Been in the food industry for 5 years. I know when people are just to lazy to make a new batch and are trying to stretch out a food item. Get it together

  I stopped in today and was really impressed by Mia. The restaurant was clearly busy and she appeared to be handling almost the entire food line by herself, yet she was incredibly efficient, attentive, and professional. I only had a limited amount of time left for lunch, and I was honestly expecting a long wait, but she moved through the line quickly without sacrificing quality. She remembered everything I asked for the first time, gave me a great portion, and even took the time to present my bowl really well. You could tell she takes pride in doing her job right. As someone who has supervisory experience myself, that is exactly the kind of employee I would want to recognize and encourage. Employees who can maintain that level of efficiency and attention to detail while working under pressure are valuable. Mia deserves recognition for the job she was doing today. Great work!

  I always order the exact same Beef Barbacoa & Carnitas Quesadilla, and every other time I’ve ordered it, I’ve received a good amount of meat and a properly filled quesadilla. That’s why I honestly cannot believe this is what I received this time. This quesadilla was basically TORTILLA with barely any meat or filling. 😡 I paid $16.95 for it, and after tax it came out to $18.22. For that price, this portion was completely unacceptable. I understand that portions can vary, but this was not a normal portion at all. I’ve ordered the exact same thing before and never had an issue, so this was especially disappointing. I’m hoping this was just a mistake, because I normally have a good experience here, but paying almost $20 for what was essentially a tortilla is ridiculous. The pictures speak for themselves. I really hope the restaurant takes this seriously and makes sure this doesn’t happen again.
