  This review is a reflection of my interaction with the server in the braided pony tail. Today I visited Chipotle and ordered two bowls. For the second bowl, I specifically asked if the chicken could be kept separate from the rice, either by dividing it in the bowl or placing the chicken in a separate container. The server said "okay," but then proceeded to put the chicken directly on top of the rice. When I politely clarified that I wanted the chicken separate, she responded with an attitude, threw away the food she had already prepared, and remade the bowl with only rice. A much smaller serving of rice using the same chicken stained bowl.. I wasn't trying to be difficult. I was simply asking for my order to be prepared the way I requested. What bothered me most was the employee's attitude and the way the situation was handled. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service.

  New spot still need to hire people. Short on food and they handled it well. Still they need help. Anyway, the food was great and the atmosphere is just like all the other chipotle’s.

  Not sure what experience everyone else had, but I’m going to chalk it up to first day jitters. Portion size was perfect for my burrito and this was an online order. Probably one of the largest burritos I’ve received from any Chipotle. Steak was not dry at all. Good work

  Is it now Chipotle’s mission to make the food taste as terrible as possible or is it just the area? Asking because all the Chipotles in town are terrible!!! I was hoping this location would be the redemption for the awful Chipotle on Old Hickory Tree Rd but it’s actually worse! I paid entirely too much today for stale chips, powdered and watered down queso (GROSS!) and a steak bowl with over salted and dry steak, overcooked rice, and not enough ingredients so nothing tasted right. They robbed me of $18 for food quality even a stray dog wouldn’t eat! I am soooo over ChiPOORle as a whole and will no longer frequent any of the locations. I guess the only way to get decent food around here is to make it yourself!

  Kinda of Chipotle where you have to beg them not to give you a shitty bowl no consistency either my GF got half the food I did and we ordered the same thing
