Don't be so trustworthy of these cashiers people, as I was, I got screwed!! Either they're not trained well or they scammed me purposefully! I ordered a chicken sandwich combo for dinner before I started work on the night shift. After all night working, I finally looked at my receipt, because it fell on the floorboard and saw it was for $42 bucks?!!!! They charged me for someone else's order! It was my first time to Bojangles, and it will be my last!! So I say, either, train your cashiers or do not come to this location in Saint Cloud Florida or make sure you definitely check that they got the right order before you pay!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered the tenders basket on uber eats and the “peach cobbler.” The chicken tenders themselves were very tasty and could almost give Raising Canes a run for the money. The biscuit is flaky and delicious. Where I really ding them is on the sides and their lack of attention to detail. The sides are outrageously small for the money, I’m talking less than kids sized. They’re also not very good quality. There were literally two tablespoons of mac and cheese in the tiny little container. The Mac and cheese should be rebranded Mac no cheese because all I tasted was overcooked elbow pasta with two sad strands of cheese on it. Chic-fil-A’s Mac and cheese blows theirs all the way out of the water. Also, the “peach cobbler” was a joke. It’s basically another biscuit with a thin layer of peach-flavored glaze with the tiniest pieces of peaches I’ve ever seen. It looks like the Dole ones you buy from the store and are not home made. So for that they need to be shook. To add insult to injury they got my drink entirely wrong. They gave me a coke instead of the sweet tea I ordered which tastes nothing alike! Uber eats didn’t do much about it. Anyway, I’d get the tenders again but not the sides due to the low quality and value. They can keep those!

Went for the first time to the newly opened location today for a late breakfast at around 10am, Wednesday. The line was moderate for drive thru, somewhere between 8-12 cars. We ordered the chicken biscuit with egg and cheese added and a Boberry biscuit with steak, egg, and cheese. The staff seemed unsure if this was a possible customization, but worked through it to meet our request. The line was very slow moving, but did not seem to be due to order taking, cashiering, or order fulfillment, so i imagine it was due to kitchen delays. Also, when we received our order, they did not add the customizations to the boberry biscuit, so we had to go inside to have it corrected. They responded quickly and fixed the issue right away. On a positive note, all the food was hot, fresh, and tasted phenomenal. I think if they iron out the process issues they have currently, they could do very well. I have and will continue to enjoy Bojangles product, and would recommend for flavor and quality, but have not had very good luck over the years with service. Hopefully, this location rises above those challenges.

Given that this location is brand new, I expected some issues on opening night. What I did NOT expect was what we dealt with tonight. This salad alone was $10. As you can see from the photo, the lettuce is brown and clearly not fresh. It’s opening day how is the salad already browning? We ordered online and went to pick up our food. We waited 30 minutes before they finally realized that someone had stolen our order. We then waited another 40 MINUTES just for them to remake our food. By the time everything was said and done, what should have been a simple pickup turned into nearly a 2 hour ordeal. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with a brand new location. But a 2 hour mistake, poor food quality, and the way the situation was handled are not something I can simply overlook. The manager, Heather, was incredibly disappointing when it came to handling the situation. There was a clear lack of organization and communication, and unfortunately, the experience just kept getting worse. We were told to come back and that our next order would be comped. We hope to see Heather and hope she keeps her word. Hopefully this was just an extremely rough opening night and things improve, because the experience we had tonight was unacceptable.

Shoutout to the NEW Bojangles in St. Cloud! I was one of the first 10 people there, and I had such a great experience! 🙌🏽 I also come from the Carolinas, where Bojangles originated, so I was definitely excited to see one open up here in St. Cloud. And honestly, they made a great first impression! I definitely want to shout out Ty(a manager), as well as Kai and Lulu. They were all so friendly, attentive, and FAST! Everyone was welcoming and made sure things were running smoothly. The restaurant is clean, nice, and looks great inside. I love that they have two kiosks where you can place your own order, and the food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly. Overall, I’m really happy to have a Bojangles here, and this was a great first experience. Welcome to St. Cloud, Bojangles! Y’all are off to a great start! ❤️🍗
