The banh mi was delicious with fresh bread and balanced flavors, and the grilled chicken rice bowl hit the spot too. Boba was okay, but the clean, cozy space and friendly service made the experience better. Overall, a nice casual place to grab a quick bite if you're in the area. The bánh mì sandwiches are so good, love the Vietnamese coffee with boba... how this place isn't packed everyday is beyond me. Listen, I don't know the owners, my kid doesn't work here or anything like that, but as a community, I want everyone to come out and support this business. If we don't support these stellar small business, we'll soon enough have just chain-eateries to choose from. I'd hate to see them close doors due to a lack of patrons, so please give them a try. If you're not into bánh mì sandwiches, try the pork and shrimp wontons or the popcorn chicken, both are awesome.

She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and we genuinely enjoyed our conversation with her. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s clear that Kim takes pride in providing a great experience for her guests. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to others!
