  We ordered through door dash and when we got there to pick up our food they told us we only had the one bag for our order. But the girl in the front was rude and distracted and told us fairly rudely that it was only the one bag. We didn’t realize until we got home and the store had already closed that they’d only given us a portion of our food and not our full order. We got maybe 30$ worth of an 80$ order. We tried to call the store to get through to an employee but no one answered and we’ve been unable to resolve the issue

  As a long time Wingstop customer and someone who’s eats wings several times a month, this is by far the WORST location I’ve ever been to! After my last terrible experience, I reached out to corporate with my order number and Issues and no one can bother to respond as usual. When they first opened, we gave them passes to work out the kinks but enough is enough. The order times are never accurate. You can place a mobile order, come well after the time and you will wait, long waits. The order is hardly EVER correct. It is never “let’s see if something is going to be wrong”, it’s “let’s see what is wrong this time”. Most of the time we check but the couple times our infant was with us, or we were in a rush, we would grab and go and 9 times out of 10, the order is wrong, missing items, wrong flavors, wrong type. The amount of times this has happened here, is unreal! We continue to come here for the location and times they are open, but it never fails to disappoint. The staff at this location needs alot of training. From the way the food is prepared, to order accuracy and checking before bagging, We definitely will take a break from this location for a while. We spend too much money there to constantly have wrong orders. I hope they correct it and I’m sure we will try again in the future, just kit any time soon!

  Came here for lunch and was very pleased. I’ve never had a bad experience from this wingstop and it was especially great this time. Mike was very professional and outgoing when taking our order and throughout the meal, he definitely seems like the type of person who truly loves their job and what they do great guy. I didn’t know that Wingstop had a rewards program when he told me about it which was surprising given I’m normally on top of that stuff. I thanked him and quickly signed up. Our food was amazing and fresh and was brought to our table without a long wait after ordering. Great experience overall definitely one of the best Wingstops I’ve ever been to.

  The food was actually quite so par. I was kind of mad how bad it was and what made it worse is they forgot my order of fries. I mean there's nothing worse than getting home and realizing they didn't give you the thing you paid for.
