  The employees at this location are epically awesome!! I very much appreciate them and their attendance, they never make me wait when I walk in the door! These days, that is a dying quality!

  Customer service is always on crappy mood, it feels like they get enjoyment telling people there order isn’t ready yet. Very unfortunate when orders make you wait a really long time when it be mainly fries there waiting on. Which 90% is put in a bowl to sit for a long time. Actually give someone a job who’s willing to work here thank you.😊

  Everything was great all the way down to the last fry. Even the girl working the register was very pleasant and even told her how pleasant she was and how pleased my buddy and I were with the whole experience. Ill definitely eat at Wingstop again...👍👍👍

  Been ordering from this Wingstop for 5 years and have always liked their wings. Recently over the last few months, the food and service has gone downhill drastically. Last couple of orders have not been cooked right and missing food. I figured I would give it another try, but my order today was down right malicious and garbage. I ordered 80 wings from the app for pickup. Nowhere on the app did it give me the option for extra cook time like it has in the past. So as soon as I ordered, I called to let them know. Had to call 3 times to get ahold of someone. After finally getting ahold of someone, I informed the guy that I just placed an order for pickup through the app and wanted to let them know that I am requesting extra cook time. I was told that "it was too late for that, the wings were already made" I stated that I just placed the order and was rudely told that they are showing they've had the order "for 4 minutes, and it's too late". I informed him that I have called 3 times to get ahold of someone and I want my wings with extra cook time as I don't like the wings slimy like I have received the last couple of times ordering even though I requested extra cook time. I again was "it's too late". I stated I would just cancel the order and was told "they can cancel the order or I could talk to a manager". I asked for the manager. When the manager got on the phone, I explained the same thing to her. She put me on a brief hold then told me they would "remake the order, but it would be an extra 10 mins". I was good with this. When I got home with my food for my family, we were missing 10 wings, and all the wings were cooked almost to a crisp. Not extra cook time but cooked for so long that all the meat was hard as a rock. I believe this was done maliciously because of the attitude to "remake my order". Needless to say, after being a loyal and frequent customer of this Wingstop for 5 years I will not be ordering from them again. At this point, it's whatever with the money I wasted for the trash food,
