  Why can’t we customize our orders with less toppings? You use way too much, it’s nauseating. But you have cameras and AI big brother making you apply these ridiculous amounts? It’s mandatory according to your worker? I won’t be back. It’s gross. 🤮

  Pulled in to this location to get food which I intended on ordering in advance but I was paying with a gift card and ran into some trouble placing the order so I parked in front and completed my order. While waiting for the food to be done multiple police officers came up to my vehicle because apparently the store called the police because we were sitting outside too long waiting for our food for their liking. If they would like people to not be parked out front for as long perhaps they should make payment simpler or they should hone up on their pizza cooking abilities for any one else who might order from here again cuz it won't be me that's for sure. Pizza is on par with Little Caesars but costs substantially more which I could only partially justify due to the free garlic sauce they included. If you are going to run a business where someone can't order and immediately pick up their order you should probably check with the person in front of your establishment before calling the police on them, which no one from this establishment did! So come here if youre sure you don't have any warrants, police caused PTSD, or time worries cuz they'll treat you with the worst service possible!

  I am driver for a secondary company sure you can guess it if you have got delivery from here. I can not believe the lack of customer service from the from the employees in this location it's night and day compared to the Brooksville store for comparison. The younger guy at the front counter has no idea how to talk to people no smile at all more shoulder shrugs and weird faces instead. Watched employees rub their face and touch food without washing hands literally just stand there when people walk in no greeting at all. Watched 3 customers in a row walk out disgusted by the lack of care after they are told that their carryout would be another 30 minutes after it's already been on the board for at least 10 minutes. The multiple 1 star reviews are warranted and they will continue if something isn't done with at least half the employees I saw in there tonight.

  As I was waiting for pizza one of the employees came back from lunch and never washed his hands and started making pizza I said something to the young girl there and she just laughed never again 🤮🤮🤮
