  Typically decent food. However, I asked for hot water for tea to be refreshed/replaced with actual hot water 3x and was never done. Also, asked for music they were playing to be turned down and staff refused/denied. I felt as i was in a bar, could barely hear myself think! If your going in to find a quiet place to work, this is NOT THE SPOT!

  Very impressed! There were some employees that were obviously new and being trained. Very impressed with how kind the manager and team lead were. Happy to wait for my food (delicious btw) when people are being trained, extra happy when the staff is so kind to each other.

  When i walked in the door, up to the register. The parfait smoothie maker (on their phone) came over after about 2 or more minutes, with an attitude. before i can even finish saying im here for a pickup when your orders up it'll be right there and pointed. No time frame no smiles nothing but attitude. So right there i already had a feeling. 15 minutes goes by i ask a person for a manager ( I get it they just got a little busy with Togo and online.) Inside wasnt busy.. besides people standing waiting for there food... the lady looks at me and I said oh youre the manager. She did have attitude or nothing but wasnt really helpful when I ask how long for this specific order. I just wanted to let somebody know im HERE. LIKE I SAiD ALL SMILES but no answer on a tome frame. fast forward another 15 minutes. Thats right I spent over 30 minutes inside the lobby. The manager apologizes and laughs with her coworkers all 3 of them standing around.. laughs about how they are so sorry... im really not sure how waisting someone's important Time is funny but anyway I took a couple breaths and said I almost fell asleep 3 different times. I didnt know what else to say. However you get 1 star for the amount of disrespect every customer received because your service and punctuality was terrible. Maybe less laughing and more working when all customers are standing around WAISTING there day waiting for you.5/11/2026 oh yeah monday of all days with about 8 workers and about at best 15 customers at best around 1030 a.m I got there about 930

  Wow used to be soo fast and good but when I went today I literally seen my soup sit there while they took forever to make the sandwich couldn’t believe I paid for almost 20$ to Watch my food get cold and get a bs of a sandwich

  Portions get smaller and smaller each time yet the prices stay the same. Rather than just putting a little extra tuna on the pathetic portion I got, to keep a customer, they refused to. So I got a refund from the manager who didn’t want to keep a customer happy with an inadequate portion. They would rather be out of pocket with the food waste. Doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. 🥴 Even another customer at the side of me said wow that’s not right in regards to the portion size. The building itself smells like a wet mop that hasn’t been cleaned in a year too, which was gross. You can see all my reviews are typically 5 stars. So you have to be terrible at customer service to get a one star from me.
