  Absolutely the most ridiculous McDonald’s in all of Hernando county. You have to “pull to the first window to place your order” instead of doing their jobs and taking orders the correct way. It’s wait in line, and hope you will leave so it’s less hectic. And even still waiting through the line of cars to finally place my order at the window and wait another 10 minutes while they make the food. To then get home and realize they put nothing on your daily double… it’s just got meat and cheese, so now you call the store phone and no one answers. So you waste more time going back to this establishment to WAIT AGAIN IN THE LINE, another 20 minutes wasted to finally ask for your money back or the food to be remade and have a white male manager with short hair, kind of older running the night shift to then act like it’s my fault they made the food wrong and now has to “do somthing to make me happy” to then proceed to ask for a receipt, I was never given. I explain what my order was and instead of making it hot and fresh and then asks “so how much did we charge you” as if he didn’t just say he remembers my order… so go back on the screen and reprint my order… of course he dosnt do that, he said “idk but I just did a refund for 13$ so I guess I just made you some money” and hands back my payment and shuts the window in my face….

  Food was nice and fresh went around 7:30pm and the young man that took my 6 year old and my order did great and went above and beyond to make my son feel special thank you!

  It's McDonalds!! If you still need to read reviews on this establishment, don't go. Or just use the drive-thru and hope the smoothie and ice cream machine is working
