  I ordered 5 items from the McApp and only got 4. I ordered 3 double cheese burgers chicken sandwich and large fry for me and my wife, we received 2 double cheeseburgers a chicken sandwich and large fry. When I called they said I could come back for it??? I had it delivered for a reason why would I have to go out and get it when it was the stores fault for the order not being right? And they also stated I could file a complaint thought the third party that delivered ??? Why would I do that??? They aren’t the ones that packed my food they just picked it up. Sorry but there should be a better way to fix a customers delivery issue other than I need to come get it or put my name on a freakin List!!! Will not order from here again

  I drive for doordash. Every single time I come here, I have to wait 10+ minutes after I get the notification saying that the order is "ready for pickup". They are clicking that the order is done when it is not so that it does not affect their times. This however cuts into the hourly rate that their doordash drivers are able to make due to mcdonald's lying about the order being ready. When i asked a employee if she was able to give me an ETA on the order that was 12+ minutes late for pickup she told me "if its not on the counter then its not ready" in an extremely rude tone. Most of the employees there are not normally this rude.

  Don't ever use this location if youre ordering multiples of the same item. Apparently they can not grasp that 2 40 nugget orders is 80 nuggets total. Each time they have only given me 40 nuggets and when I call to let them know the person that answers says they didn't bag it. Drive through and Door dash orders. Had the same issue each time but I was told to call Door Dash.

  this lady is so rude i was waiting at front counter to get waited on and she goes starts talking to help the customer behind me i said i am here for a order she stated its not ready well i was gonna place a order myself but nope ill take my business to another location. i ask to speak to a manager it don’t matter if waiting on. uber or doordash you did not know what i needed i wanted to place a order while waiting on pick up order
