Ordered 2 breakfast deals. They’ve been changed from the sandwich option to the wrap option. Fine. Order 2 of those. And a 25 count of munchkins. Paid $21. Went through the drive through, and was given 2 coffees, 2 wraps, 1 order of hash browns and the munchkins. So I’m missing 2 wraps and 1 hash brown? Got it. ( in hindsight I should have never received hash browns, just 4 wraps) Go inside to let them know what I’m missing and they tell me it was all in the bag. So I said okay, let me go out and get the food to show them what I got.. right? Not to mention the drive thru attendant SITTING ON THE FLOOR when I walk in. She told me I only ordered 1. Weird.. cause I got 2 coffees.. just not food to go with the second coffee. So said okay.. well you should probably talk to your drive through guy because I ordered 2 meal deals and 25 munchkins. It wasn’t placed at the monitor so I couldn’t see my order and I wasn’t provided with a receipt either. So how would I know if someone didn’t take my order properly?! That’s on the staff. THEN she tells me she can get me the missing food but only if I pay for it 🤯 I did pay for it! In the drive through when I placed my order!! If the guy didn’t wring it up properly, how am I supposed to know?! I know what I told him. I ordered the food, and paid for it. And I’m definitely NOT running out to my car a second time to pay for food I ALREADY ORDERED in your drive through. I couldn’t see what my order was, and didn’t have a receipt to prove what I ordered. Everyone was set up to fail here. You have an intercom and screens where the customer can see their order, you also have a receipt printer, USE IT!! Clearly customers need to see what we’re ordering to make sure we get what we need so we don’t have to leave your establishment starving 😑 BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not go here!!
