    Both coffees we ordered tasted bad. Ordered 25 munchkins got 20. Missing a coffee roll that we paid for. No straws given. No receipt. Won’t be returning.

    I ordered a plain bagel, no butter, cream cheese, just a bagel in a bag. After waiting 15 minutes while a dozen drive thru customers were served. I left, annoyed, and without a bagel. The last time I visited I ordered a corn muffin and went home with a blueberry muffin. The time before that was another rediculous wait for a cup of coffee. I will not be returning.

    Unbelievably slow line. They only take 1 order at a time and won't take the next order in the drive thru until the last car leaves the window.
