- LMLisa MendezAug 15, 20261.0Do better Dunkin....spring hill drive location at four corners....ordered a protein drink light ice..lady said well then your getting a short..meaning 2 to 3 inches from top...no drink ..wth ..but paid 5 bucks...how does this company think they can rip off the consumer...just so they can save product..epic fail and to top it off lady was nasty....glad it was my husband who dealt with that and not me...I'm not so nice

Many of the younger women that work here seem very inconvenienced when you come in to get anything, they’ll make you wait in the lobby before finally coming to you and at that point they seem angry you’re even there. We have been here a few times and quite frankly are tired of the poor treatment.

When I walked in, there were no other customers in the store, and I counted four employees working. Every one of them saw me come through the door, but not a single person said hello, acknowledged me, or asked if I needed help. I stood there for about three to five minutes before I finally had to say something. The young lady who eventually helped me was very polite and apologetic, and I appreciate her attitude, but the overall customer service was unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to acknowledge customers the moment they walk through the door. A simple "Hello, we'll be right with you" takes only a few seconds and makes all the difference. If my employees consistently treated customers this way, we'd be having a very serious conversation. Good customer service starts with making people feel welcome, and unfortunately, that was completely missing during this visit.
