I ordered a simple large 7 topping pizza with NO CHEESE on it. I checked the pizza before leaving and there was cheese on it. If the order states no cheese there should be no cheese. A grown adult made this pizza and yet they don't have the ability to read a simple order and do there job right!! Then he got mad he had to remake the order and when he did he didn't even take the time to cut the pizza. So now i have a sloppy looking pizza thats not cut at all. Terrible experience. If you can't do a simple job of making a pizza the correct way you have no purpose in your job field. 10/10 will not be coming back.

I ordered 3 hours in advance for curbside pickup. When I arrived to dominos I hit the “I’m here” button on the app and I sat in my car for all of 3 minutes and saw that my order was put in as “pickup completed”. That was false since no one came to my car so instead I chose to go inside and just grab my order myself. Upon entry not one dominos staff member greeted me or any of the 3 people who came in after me. No, “hello”, “how may I help you?” Nothing! I remained patient as I could see the staff was busy and myself working in a high intense environment I get it, I’m not upset about that situation at all. There was one guy who was an older man maybe late 50s-60s grey hair, tall who had a somewhat different uniform with a dominos hat with pins and he was completely useless. As the staff ran around the kitchen trying to get orders done he just stood in the back having conversation not needing dough, not doing anything to help the other staff. Just occasionally reading orders off the screen and cracking jokes. I’ve made eye contact with him a few times and not once did he ask me or anyone else if we needed assistance. So why couldn’t you just give me a call & let me know that you guys were unable to come out? My order was for 5:30pm curbside I stood in the store until 5:52pm waiting for someone to address me and help me. Especially since no one was at the register, everyone just seemed to ignore those of us in the lobby. In all there was one guy who I assumed just came in from a delivery and he was the only person who asked “hey does anyone in here need help?” I told him my name and he gave me my pizza (Which has been sitting in the warmer for 30 mins & I’ve had my eye on it. I just needed someone to acknowledge and help me so they could hand it over). I didn’t leave the inside of dominos until 5:56pm. So basically 30 mins of being ignored, and all it took was one guy to ask a simple question for me to be in & out. The most frustrating thing about this experience is that my phone number is on my profile, if they were too busy for curbside (which I 100% get) they easily could’ve taken a minute to call me and let me know that my order is ready but unfortunately they do not have anyone free at the moment to bring it out. I couldn’t imagine someone who had physical limitations having to sit in their car and wait for 30+ mins with no communication about their order. Terrible staff, they had enough energy to have personal conversations with each other but couldn’t acknowledge customers. It takes nothing to open your mouth and say “hello, how may I help you?”. It doesn’t involve you stopping what you’re doing. Definitely will not be back to this location, which is sad being that this is my neighborhood dominos. This was my first and last experience with this place Also to note, with the older tall man with the hat with pins, I overheard him speaking with a chubbier male associate with wavy/curly blonde hair in a high bun say “whoever that curbside order is will have to wait I’m not going out there” and they laughed. I also have on my dash cam the blonde guy picking in his nose & immediately going back inside the kitchen (him picking his nose while I sat in my car waiting for my curbside order is also another reason why I chose to get inside within 3 mins to make sure he wasn’t touching my food & surprise we got in the building the same time and he went right to the kitchen 🥴)

I go to this Domino’s probably once a month to get the gluten-free pizza with pepperoni on it as of March. They have an all new manager and shift lead and last time I went there I ordered my pizza well done and didn’t come out well done so I had to get a new one because they had already sliced it and it couldn’t be put back into the oven this time. I ordered it well done and when I got into the store, I was told well done he’s only a certain amount each time blah blah blah when in reality well done, they just push it back into the oven when it gets to the edge and they could do it as many times as they want. So that said the tone bad also they are now charging for shake cheese that used to come in the packet for free. They are charging two dollars for you to put Parmesan shake cheese on your pizza.

I went inside to get my order, I go to the bathroom which the cashier jokingly said pay me 20 dollars to use, I come back outside and he told me my order which was ready was taken by a delivery driver, when I go to my usual dominos this never happens, and I get the sarcastic banter, but it wasn’t good when it come to me having to wait all over again, and he offered me a free soda but that never makes up for time wasted especially when he told me my order was ready to go before I did go to the restroom, won’t be coming back to this one.
