  Purchased an ice cream cake for Mother's Day. They were extremely helpful, offered to assist me to the car and have fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this DQ.

  The worst customer service I have ever had. First I had on the app buy one blizzard get one for 99 cents. I ordered four and only got the discount for one and the kids working there couldn’t tell me why. Second in the store two of the blizzards were completely melted and I asked why and the girl told me the were sitting for awhile and wouldn’t do anything about it just keep asking if I needed lids and a carrier. I thought that a blizzard was supposed to be able to be turned upside down without falling out well she didn’t do that to any of them because I am sure she knew the ice cream would fall right out. I will definitely be looking for a different Dairy Queen or different ice cream place to go to for now on. If I could I would give this place zero stars. And this picture was taken right outside the Dairy Queen if I had time I would have done it right on the counter but I was not very happy with the answers I got about them being melted

  I will not ever go to this Dairy Queen again and would suggest that nobody else does either. Bad experience. These were supposed to be blizzards to go with lids. It made a mess all the way home on me and I our car.
