Unclean dining area with a messy drink/utensil station. Very expensive for what your getting ($52 for two bowls, chips/queso and 2 waters). Ive been ordering the same thing for a decade and the price has literally doubled over that time (double steak bowl, no rice, veggies, quac and queso...$22). I asked for a side of quac 3 times and never received it so I gave up... come to find out I was charged for the extra side I never received. Cashier was clueless on how to do a CASH return (5 min standing there while my food got colder). Chips were cold and stale so I asked for fresh bag. The cashier literally grabbed another bag, put a glove on, and reached in to "test" a chip before handing me the bag (AFTER I told her I dont want a bag after her hands been inside). I felt bad for the cook because he was the only one working hard and focused on his job. The rest of the teenagers in there seemed more worried about taking bathroom breaks and giggling. They were all confused and appeared overwelmed with 4 customers in the entire restaurant. Absolutely not what I'd expect from this place. I can get 2 waygu hamburgers with sides and water from PRIME 88 for the same price with 10x the service and experience. Never going back

So this place is not kept clean. The grill had piles of old char pushed to the back and all the tables for eating were dirty. You have some staff standing around doing nothing and others very unhappy to be doing their job. I’m not sure what exactly the kid standing next to the cashiers job is but he just stands there bagging food and judging people’s choice of sauce. Not sure what the hiring age is here but I’m sure that my 11 yr old could run circles around all of them.

They had 2 people a guy and a girl standing at the register and 1 girl making the bowl/ burritos. They 2 at the register just stood there and looked at the 1 girl hustling to make people's meals. There was 2 couples in front of us.. it was about a 10min wait because only 1 person was helping the customers..

Maybe we shouldn't have went on Cinco de Mayo. They were advertising free chips and queso or guac. Unfortunately they were out of chips. This wasn't like any other experience of Chipotle in past (frequently visit Largo, Pinellas Park stores). I usually get bigger servings, and fresher items. You could tell food in pans were cold, and weren't fresh. They had alot of missing items on steam table, and didn't seem to care to make more. There was only 1 girl available to help serve the long line of customers, and it was her first day. I will say she did a very good job! While other team members were standing around talking, or acting like they were doing work, but did little to help. I told my daughter that Chipotle is a little bit on expensive side but its worth it, (this was her first time eating Chipotle). I was sadly proven wrong at this particular store, the food was cold and did not taste good. Hopefully if we decide to try them again it will be better next time.
