  Emerson is 100/10. That girl is absolutely amazing at customer service. Helped me find a drink that was absolutely amazing, and cheap. Will absolutely be back every single day.

  Normally don’t have an issue here but when it’s going to be a busy day like Mother’s Day with the but two get a brewzie promo, you need to have better line management. The line was crossing intersections and I almost witnessed so many accidents on top of people cutting the line. Also have had the order takers lean their iPads on our cars and we just don’t like that one bit. Also should probably wear longer skirts and shorts.

  I’ve had this placed on my list to go Two for a while now. I was finally in the area to which they had one so I stopped by. Once somebody took my order, I ended up having to get something different than what I wanted because it was too difficult for the guy taking my order to get what I wanted originally. Then after waiting in line, I get my drink. I ordered a green tea and somehow came out with a carbonated beverage, so I ask somebody And my order gets remade, but now I’m stuck in line behind somebody who hasn’t got their drink yet with the inability to move, and with a limited space that was recommended to me to go to my car was not big enough to fit. Overall, not a great experience and I probably will not be back

  Chris is my go to for drink recommendations when I have ran out of all the fb/tiktok ones!!! Ashley is super sweet all staff is upbeat and definitely a wonderful vibe to start your morning with. Their are so many different flavors and combinations you can come up with I love it in there at least 3 times a day and as a former Starbucks girly this is my favorite favorite place & addiction lately 🫶 Yall are awesome to sign my daughter’s cast too she was so happy!!! If I could say one suggestion it would be more food options the muffin tops are great but to grab a drink & maybe something more Would be awesome. Also I’m always saying to the workers for their safety a stop sign when they come one to the second lanes or one of those bars housing complex have so they don’t get hit when walking over to other lanes by cars who already received there order.

  Ashley at 7Brew deserves ALL the hype! From the second I pulled up, she was literally the definition of top-tier customer service—so friendly, so attentive, and yes, absolutely adorable while doing it. What really stood out though was how on top of everything she was. The line was moving crazy fast, and you could tell it was because Ashley was locked in—making sure every drink was right, orders were flowing smoothly, and nobody was left waiting. That kind of attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. She made the whole experience feel easy, fun, and honestly just better. If you get Ashley, just know you’re in good hands, and give her a big Hernando County Howdy!🤠 ✨
