Ashley was FANTASTIC. I live in Washington state so naturally I am a Dutch bros girl. Had my dad even try it and the drinks are DELICIOUS. Amazing overall ❤️

Everyone is ALWAYS the sweetest and has the most upbeat energy! Always very complimenting as well! Every time they compliment something about my hair, nails, tattoos, anything. Every single time they ask what our plans our and get super excited about it even if it’s simple. They are very conversational which just makes my day better. And my daughter (pictured) is absolutely obsessed…she’s saving her points for a free shirt and wants to work there as soon as she’s old enough! Super props to the Spring Hill, FL location on Commercial Way, keep us the great work! 😁

I have ordered in their “new app” several times, however the drink never tastes the same way twice even when I simply hit reorder. There were also issues with a worker who basically had better things to do than work at the check out. With that said I reached out to customer service. To say the least I felt very placated by the response. Save your $. Coffee shops are on every corner these days and there are definitely better ones out there.

Went there to order and the only way to see a menu is to scam a QR code. Not impressed at all with that. I didn’t order anything. And I won’t be back. They need to have menus up for people to see them. Not expect the customers to go to a website to see the menu.
