- MEMegan ElizabethApr 24, 20261.0Waited in lobby for a carry out order, was 10 minutes late. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal if the food was hot and fresh. But it wasn’t. Checked my order in the car and thin crust was undercooked, order was missing a couple wings, and pizza was missing a topping. I went back into the lobby and waited but no one returned to the front to correct my order. While waiting I noticed a phone number to contact the owner and also the “if we don’t offer to show your carry out pizza it’s free”. So instead of continuing to wait I reached out via text and never got a response. Really is a bummer bc the fist time i came it was great! But after seeing people experienced similar situations im unsure if I’ll be back any time soon.

I recommend this Pizza Hut not only for their food but for their great and excellent service. Way to go Ashtyen, keep up the good work.

Yeah seems like a lot going wrong here. Then I get the weakest large pan pizza I've ever gotten from a Pizza Hut is missing about 20% actual Pizza. I was going to go in for a refund but I was in a hurry to get back to work. This place ain't it. All this for nearly half an hour wait to see probably the worst operation I've ever seen with people coming in with messed up orders to orders. Don't order from here again please. *After taking a bite it tasted off and awfully bad.
