I’ve been to this location a couple times but never during this time.I came in at 8:20 p.m. and didn’t end up being served until 9:00 p.m. When I walked in the line was wrapped around several times and I should’ve just walked out but I figured it would move fast as chipotle normally does so I waited. There was only two people working the counter and didn’t have ANY sense of urgency even when the line began to grow. As soon as I finally make it to the front, about half an hour later, the two employees leave so there isn’t anyone there working. Then one employee comes minutes later and just stands around chatting to coworkers instead of tending to the line. Someone in the line had to say something in order for her to start doing her job. Mind you, there were several workers in the back and only one behind the counter at this point. They were out of white rice as well, something I wish I knew BEFORE waiting 30 minutes so I had to settle for brown. I finally get to the cashier and ask for a side of chips. He says they’re out but they clearly weren’t out because I could see at least 10 bags of chips on the other side of him (not on the shelves they usually are). I told him that I could see they weren’t out so I asked if I could just have one of the bags. He kept saying no that I would have to order them online if I wanted them. He was very rude and kept mumbling things under his breath when I asked for a simple thing. Overall, the customer service was AWFUL and the food wasn’t great. I will not be returning to this location which sucks because the next closest one is super far.
