  Absolutely terrible service. The first time I ordered through the mobile app, they forgot the sauce that I paid for. Today was somehow even worse. I placed an online order, and there was only one person ahead of me. I ended up standing there for 15 minutes waiting for nuggets and fries, while five people who arrived after me got their food before I did. Eventually, I had to walk inside and physically get my own food. If I’m ordering ahead, I shouldn’t have to stand around watching people who ordered after me get served while my food sits there. This is supposed to make things faster, not turn into a scavenger hunt for my own order. Then the workers with a high school degree laughed when I was frustrated.

  The manager of this place should be embarrassed. These reviews are all very consistent in all very awful. Is their managers have no people skills they don't watch the front counter or order was made and sitting out back for 5 minutes when I finally asked somebody where's our order it was sitting in a bag while everyone was standing around The McDonald's corporation should be paying better attention to these reviews the Sunoco gas station has a higher satisfaction rating than this place. Also their night time management closes the inside dining room whenever they feel like it ignoring the posted hours on Google and the wall

  Have given this location multiple chances in hopes it was just a misfortune that time but nope. It’s always disappointing and the orders are messed up. For examples 1- ordered a large fry, it was half filled and ice cold, 2- ordered double cheeseburgers and no onions or condiments and the patties were way over cooked but cold, 3- ordered mc chicken it was just a patty on bread, 4- ordered a Big Mac and it had no sauce or cheese just lettuce, 4- ordered double cheeseburgers and it was cold with stale bread and dried up patties, 5- fries are always cold. And to top it off for how long you sit in the drive thru you’d expect it to be right and fresh.

  There’s nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. No matter how many times I come or what day and time it is, it’s always SLOW as snails. Even their Wi-Fi is slow. So much so that it’s almost impossible to order using a mobile device. Compounding the issue is their self ordering kiosks don’t work sometimes. In addition, there’s never anyone at the counter to take your order. Even if they see you standing at the register, no one comes to take your order. You could be waiting a long time.

  I'm leaving this review to combat all the horrible reviews. Going inside is not like any other McDonald's where you order at the counter (have to at a kiosk), however the food came out hot and tasted as fresh (Big Mac meal) as McDonald's can. Been thru the drive thru a few times to get the 2 double cheeseburger meal -- didn't wait long either time (maybe 2-5 minutes) and my food was hot then and correct -- and tasted just like McDonald's. Never had any staff be rude to me, and the food was better than I was expecting. I'd go back.
