This place always forgets something out your order they rush you out the line don’t even give you time to check your bag. They don’t have sauces so truck orders are obviously not being done properly the girl Breanna in drive through with glasses and the heavy set Girl from drive through 2 are both messy they start unnecessary drama with customers and treat the customers very crappy this day in age it is not smart to create chaos with any customer that’s how people get hurt. This location really need to reconsider the people they are hiring. I came back to get my sauces that was left out my bag and the girl starting laughing in my face so when I asked for a manager to explain the situation I was asking what’s the joke and the employee Breanna told me I was the joke mind you me and my daughter are sick and not feeling well and this was a terrible experience I don’t think we’ll be returning the girl got rowdy like she wanted to fight going from the front of the building to the back. Employees were holding her back from coming out the building to fight. Definitely not a place I’d want to revisit after that experience.
I went to McDonald’s in Port Orange and ordered a simple hamburger and a medium iced coffee. I sat down inside and waited over 20–25 minutes, and my food still never arrived. So I went to the counter to ask what happened, and the employee asked me, “Are you sure you didn’t already get your food?” Ma’am, why would I be standing here asking for my order if I had already received it? At that point I simply asked for a refund, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she walked away from the counter. After she walked away from the counter, another employee, a male employee, came over and asked, “Can I see your receipt to verify what you ordered?” So I gave him the receipt, and then he disappeared. A few moments later, he came back with my burger and drink while the employees argued about apparently giving the order to the wrong car. One employee even said he delivered it to whoever he was told to give it to. This is supposed to be fast food, not slow food. A burger and iced coffee should not take 25 minutes, especially after my husband was kind enough to even help the employees with a $5 tip. All of this happened after I asked how to make sure the employee received five dollars for excellent service she said thank you and have a good day , I told her then I was waiting for my food to arrive,
I believe the employee’s name was Shana. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

I visited this location and ordered two double cheeseburgers and a 20-piece nugget. After receiving my order, I pulled forward, immediately checked the bag, and found that one of the cheeseburgers was missing.
I returned to the window to have the issue corrected. Instead of simply resolving the mistake, the employee responded by stating—loudly and in front of other customers—that she had already put both burgers in the bag. She continued to insist this was the case, effectively placing the blame on me. Only after that did she reluctantly provide the missing item.
This interaction was unprofessional and unnecessary. Order mistakes happen, but how staff handle them matters. Publicly disputing a customer who is calmly pointing out a missing item is unacceptable. Other customers nearby even acknowledged that I checked the order immediately and had done nothing wrong.
To make matters worse, this is now the third time my order has been incorrect at this location.
I expect better attention to order accuracy and, more importantly, better customer service. Employees should be trained to handle corrections respectfully and without making customers feel at fault for the store’s mistake.

I have read a lot of bad reviews about this McDonald’s, but thought that I would give them a try. The girl that gave me my food was extremely extremely rude. She has no business working with the public. She forgot my ice cream cone, and she insinuated that I did not pay for it so I showed her my receipt and she threw it at me. Our french fries were also stone cold. I did call and speak with the manager Dana about the service that I received and she said she would call the general manager and take care of it. Honestly, that’s the only good thing I can say about this McDonald’s. It is about 2 minutes up the road from my house, but I will drive over to the one on nova before I return there. I definitely do not recommend this McDonald’s unless things change.

Zaria R.and Jasmine are the most popular and great women managers at the Ridgewood ave McDonalds restaurant in Daytona Beach. They are both lovely ladies and very kind to people in general. They are always saying “ Hi ! How are you today or this evening or tonight”. Zaria and Jasmine have always a smile on every time. Times like now people don’t have money to spend on McDonald’s food or can’t afford to eat anywhere. They always help people to get the cheap meal deal and if someone doesn’t have the app. , they tell them to download it. It’s easy and saves a lot on the bill. I use my app all the time at McDonalds and believe me it saves a lot of money. Zaria and Jasmine have a nice new McDonalds on Ridgewood ave. It’s very close to work and half way to my house. The crew people are very hard workers too. I hope Zaria and Jasmine get bonuses money a raise for them two and other managers too at Ridgewood McDonalds restaurant. It’s very clean and like that had a locked door for the restrooms so you have to ask one of the crew members to unlock it. So no homeless person comes in and mess it up.
Hope you all get a free meal or party for the crew members. Hope the corporate sees this and makes sure they deserve one of the meals on the house. Love all of you guys great workers.
