  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Enjoyed an Italian sub, well done & a spaghetti pizza specialty ordered by my Dominican husband… and let me just say, we were NOT disappointed! Everything was delicious, fresh & packed with flavor. The spaghetti pizza was such a fun specialty order and honestly exceeded expectations. The Italian sub, well done, was exactly what I wanted. Great food, great service & definitely my go to spot whenever I’m in Siesta Key! We’re here multiple times a month, everytime we come to the beach! 🌴🍕🥖🇮🇹

  Very disappointed. I'd like to preface this by saying that we have ordered from the many times before with no issue. We called to place an order from the siesta key location. I had initially called and was told they had delivery. I called again, for them to not answer the phone multiple times. When i finally got through to someone, I asked to place an order for delivery. This was around 8:05, they close at 9. I understand the time may have been tight. But instead of just saying "we're not accepting any orders for delivery" I had some guy just say "no delivery" with a very poor attitude. When I told them that I had already called before he just again (with even more attitude), said "no delivery". I asked why, and all I got was a "Because I'm busy right now" with an attitude so intense you would think I asked him to move a mountain. If you were busy, then just say that in the beginning, especially when 15 minutes before this whole ordeal started, I had called to ask a question to which a different man answered the phone (different voice and a much more polite and professional attitude) and he was resdy to place an order immediately. This is extremely disappointing considering there were already menu changes and discrepancies in the menu itself. They had items on the menu but when i called to ask, certain things were available that weren't even on the menu, or availble but just at another location. My mother and I have been ordering from her for many years and we're honestly saddened to have been received this way. Whether you're a new customer or a recurring one, there's still a certain amount of professionalism that you expect from employees.

  This is the best pizza on siesta key for sure and one of the best in Sarasota. Alfredo is working there all day long making awesome pizza and he's always friendly and helpful!! 😁
