    actually lovely manager and staff! got fast service during rush and my food is yummy. couple of mean frat bros were trying to fight an employee and the manager handled it very well <3

    Can't say I even got to opportunity to enjoy the food or not. I pulled up in a parking stall pushed the button to order and waited for over 10 minutes. Never had my order taken, was never even greeted. Meanwhile 3 cars pulled up to the drive up window apparently ordered and pulled around. Maybe I should've gone to the drive up? Problem there is, the whole time I was waiting the first car never pulled away from the window. They were able to pave their order but were obviously waiting a while for their food. I thought maybe the stall I'm at didn't work. I simply backed out and tried another stall a couple places away and told my self I'm not waiting being 3 minutes this time. With about 15 seconds to spare on my timer, a voice FINALLY came on and stated there was going to be an "8 minute hold." What?? You can't even take orders? Either way someone could've at least greeted me over 13 minutes ago and told me they were moving slow and I could've made the decision instead of them exercising POOR customer service and wasting my time. Likely never go there again at least not for awhile. And it's a shame because I enjoy Sonic.

    I go there at 5:30PM asking about the smash burgers ended up getting bitched at by a lady on the mic because i didn’t know the difference between a all American and a regular smash burger, i usually never write a poor review but the whole experience was bad, not too mention that the drinks where all wrong, it’s weird because I used to work there years ago and we had too have hospitality but seems like they don’t really care anymore, slowly turning into mcdonald, unfortunate, too add furthermore, on the menu it states that the meals are 7 bucks each but somehow the total was 34 bucks
