    Probably the best service we have had ever!! Tate was very efficient, thoughtful, accommodating and just very friendly and fun to chat with. Food was excellent as well. Very pleased

    Went for an early dinner with another couple. Shortly and quick of it what a waste of our time. Took 20 minutes after ordering to get our soup was told they were finishing up a new batch for us. Funny thing only one soup was hot. Took about 45 minutes then to have our entra brought out. We all ordered 6 Oz center cut sirloin. My wife ordered hers med rare got well done. They took it back and had a new one cooked with the manager bringing it to see if it was OK. She asked if everything was okay and I showed her how dark the bottom of my steak was and said it tasted strong of pepper not allowing for you to enjoy it. She asked if I wanted her to get me a new one and I told her no waiting 45 minutes for a steak that was lousy with pepper was enough. She comped my steak and told me what I was mistakenly as pepper was the special seasoning. Doesn't matter to me if you try to eat something that tastes strong of pepper than pepper is a main ingredient in there special seasoning . Canned response i didn't enjoy my meal

    I dined here today for lunch to host some friends and ordered the 10 oz Canberra Chopped Steak. After eating about a third of it, I was deeply repulsed to find a thick, black, curly hair cooked inside the meat patty itself. ​The waitress asked if I wanted a replacement, but my appetite was completely ruined. After she took the contaminated food away, the wave of nausea completely overcame me. I excused myself to the restroom and threw up the food I had just swallowed. While the restaurant did eventually comp the steak on the bill, the management's handling of the situation was entirely unacceptable. ​Even though a guest became physically ill from a kitchen error, not a single manager or supervisor came over to explain, apologize, or assure us that they would address this severe hygiene issue during the entire ordeal. Even when we paid the rest of the bill and walked out, no one from management made an appearance to acknowledge the incident. ​Because I was hosting friends, I chose not to make a scene to avoid ruining the atmosphere for my guests. However, the lack of managerial accountability regarding a food safety issue is glaring. I am writing this in hopes that management will actually see it and take immediate action to investigate their kitchen’s sanitary standards. This was a highly disappointing and unsafe culinary experience.

    Each time we say, let’s give Outback another try in Seminole, and each time we do, we are always disappointed. The service is horrible. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take just our drink order. The staff is miserable, and they provide unfriendly service. Each time it’s well over 2 hours, and that’s just 4 people. I can’t imagine a bigger party. I don’t leave reviews, but save your money and time coming here. They have gone way downhill over the last 3 years. And the price for the quality and service you receive, not worth a penny.
