  I’ve never been one to take time out of my day to write a bad review, but honestly it’s starting to get a little ridiculous at this location. I’ve been a very loyal customer to this specific dunkin’ donuts since i was in high school, so about 8 years now. I’ve never had any issues with my food or drinks for the most part, and have been very satisfied with the service at this store. In the past year I’ve noticed a decline in quality, and getting orders right in general. I used to get the bacon avocado toast quite frequently up until they would forget to put bacon on it, or the bread wouldn’t even be toasted. This happened enough for me to stop ordering this item, and start getting breakfast sandwiches instead. Just recently I ended up getting a bacon breakfast sandwich. Right when i got to work i noticed that it was sausage. Luckily I do still like the sausage sandwich, but it’s still the principle of me not ordering that. I also did report this in the app and asked for a follow up, which i never got. I want to preface that I’ve never had a rude interaction, or bad experience with the employee’s who work there. They’ve all been kind. With all of this being said though, I’m hoping that they start being a bit more attentive to what the person is ordering. :/

  I’m told to pull up on the drive thru so they can make my drink, ok, no big deal, which I do. Then the lady at the drive thru window (different from the one who told me to pull forward and wait) leans out the window and yells at me to move. Her tone was so rude, I just left without my drink. The drink isn’t worth the attitude.

  “Dunkin is a very good place, the coffee and products are always fresh and I usually have a good experience. However, during the last few visits, the service from one employee (Sarah) was not at the level I expected. Communication was not very professional and the service was slow and not good communication very rude. I hope this improves, because the place is generally very good.” I rate the manager of this place, a valuable guy Gery,,

  No one else in line and I sat at the drive threw speaker for over 5 minutes and the worker told me 3 times “just one more moment”.

  The most disgusting 🤮 caramel machiado n vanilla cappuccino I’ve ever had, the server/cashier must’ve thought I had no idea what an iced caramel macchiato tasted like. I returned to the drive through window n told her I had asked for an iced caramel macchiato n that there was no flavor other than burned espresso and she said “is only two shots of espresso and milk” I have had these drinks all the time but never this horrible tasting, this is one location I won’t be coming back to. The drink DIDN’T EVEN HAVE ICE in it.
