- BWBob Woodard2 days ago5.0It looked like they had a rookie on the mobile station. They were swamped and way behind on mobile orders. Luckily, someone more experienced came over, who was covering for a missing grill cook, and started helping out the rookie and gave everyone waiting in the mobile line a drink. Great teamwork and they saved the rookie from drowning.
- BMBryan Miller2 days ago1.0I walked in the and supervisor is giving interviews which I’m really glad they are cause the lady who took my order was completely worthless. I tell her I want a taco salad in a bowl to go and she gives me 3 tacos in a boat to eat there. I tell her that’s not what I wanted and she tries to say that’s what I ordered. To save face and keep the giant line behind me from going in an uproar and against my better judgment I say fine and take it any way. I get home not only is there no salad but the taco shells are so soggy and stale they are inedible, the chips for the queso are all stale or still soft, and your service was horrible because you’re not listening to the customer. Maybe listen next time and you wouldn’t have 3.8 on google 🤷🏻♂️ Do better.. smh
