- JWJeremiah washi1 day ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. An employee accused me of lying and trying to steal while I was trying to resolve an issue with a previous order that a manager had already been handling. I felt I was treated differently because I’m Black, and the entire interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. The employee also appeared to come back from her break just to involve herself in the situation. I hope management reviews the security cameras, identifies the employee, and addresses this matter. I call the manager of the store and told them what happened and he asked for pictures to verify. I submitted my picture and he got back to me with a poor excuse of him speaking to his GM to see how much credit his GM thinks I should get in return. I will not be going back to the establishment. Poor customer service.

We need mango habanero jerk coconut flavored wings ASAP if not I’m going Defcon five on the Caribbean jerks. Sauce me up Tony

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge.
