  Ordered a specialty pizza on April 2 and they got our order incorrect two different kinds of ways. Called in to let them know and they offered me to come back up there then and get another pizza on them or I could have a credit on the account for up to 30 days Under my name. I said I would come back within 30. Days. The Pizza Hut employee that was helping me was Madison. Call in tonight to get our credit and I got some smart ass who basically told me good luck on getting my pizza credited or with leaving a review. Wish I got his name. This owner must be so proud of the employee that they hired that represented them tonight. They can’t make a pizza right and they can’t hire good people, and then they don’t stand behind their word. Pizza Hut, time to close your doors

  I went into this pizza hot and the man in the counter Ryan was very rude and unprofessional don't go in there the food is nasty and bad service

  Management sucks! I placed a order over a hour ago still have yet to receive it. Spoke with a manager i believe name is ryan and after me explaining my issue and asking to cancel the order he said ok and disconnected the line. When i called back he tried to play it off as if he thought i was done told me i was the problem and refused to give me corporate number.

  This place has had failed yet again! The pizza was drenched in grease and under cooked! The worst part about it is their customer service is absolutely horrible! I called the next afternoon since they were closed by time I got home to report it. ( there was no saving the pizza ) I was told to bring the photos and receipt back to get a refund. When I got to the store with my receipt and photos, the manager on duty said she wasn’t aware needed to call her manager! Well guess what no refund was given and she was acting as if I wanted free food! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! “My frustration is not just from this either. This is the 2nd time they messed up and had horrible customer service!”
