  Second time I come here to order, poor guy at the counter is alone and was making 8 subs, I just left to wawa, my friend also does not come there due to very slowwww service, there loss $$$

  Don’t show up to pick up your order and ever expect it to be ready, always one man and my order of two simple sandwich’s took an hour to be made and I watched people who showed after I did get out before with no online order

  Absolutely abhorrent service. Owner only scheduled one person during dinner time. Waited almost 30 minutes for two turkey sandwiches. Not the clerks fault at all. They were apologetic and amazing. This falls on the owner. It's pathetic to put dollars above customer service. It's about safety as well. One person trying to watch an entire store, make food, ring people out and be personable all at the time is dangerous. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for putting dollars over people!

  An employee by the name of rade-in was very rude. I walked in and then she said she has to make 4 or so subs before she can get to me and it will be awhile. I asked how long and she just answered “I dont know”. That’s it. I asked will it be 20 minutes, hour, 30 minutes etc? She said again, not sure. I asked again will it be 20 or 30 minutes and she finally said it shouldn't be 30 minutes. The fact she could not even give a time range is crazy and flat out ride. Especially with her demeanor. No reason an estimate could not have been given. I walked out and the store lost my business.

  Food is good but I don't like this sun n lake subway because now in December 2025 you need to pay to go to the bathroom even to go to the bathroom you need to buy a soda or a sandwich it was fast for food but I don't really like subway bathroom no more
