This is my third visit, everything has been consistent. Flavor, freshness, service, all very good. Prices are fair, sushi is tasty, appetizers are unique, and the staff is knowledgeable. We will be back!

Save your time and go somewhere else. Saw this new place being very busy every time I went to Publix. So, I decided to place a to go order.
Food quality:Average.
Decor:Very good.
Staff:No one knows why they are there.
I don’t know may be just the hype of being new restaurant in the area is keeping them busy.

We visited this location to celebrate my husband’s birthday and came in with very high expectations. Upon arrival, it wasn’t busy at all for a Saturday, and we were seated within about 2 minutes after a table was cleaned, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. After being seated, we waited nearly 15 minutes without anyone greeting us, offering water, or even acknowledging our table. During this time, several waitresses were standing around talking to each other, while others were bringing dishes in from outside tables. What made this more frustrating was seeing guests who arrived after us being greeted promptly, served drinks, and even placing their orders before we were acknowledged. I eventually had to ask a waitress when we would be receiving service. When I explained how long we had been waiting, she offered a complimentary dessert, which we neither cared for nor ended up receiving. When we finally ordered, the food itself was decent. However, the drinks were disappointing. I ordered a lychee sangria, and it looked like it was quickly thrown together with no care or presentation especially noticeable since others who ordered the same drink received nicely decorated versions. Throughout the experience, I tried to remain patient and respectful, especially since this was our first time visiting and we were there for a special occasion. I had originally planned to order hibachi soup as well, but by that point, I honestly just wanted to leave. To make matters worse, after placing our order, we noticed that the same guests who arrived after us were also served their food before we were. In total, we paid almost $110 for four sushi rolls and two drinks, which did not reflect the level of service we received. I did call the location afterward to explain the situation and asked to speak with the owner. I was told she was busy and would call me back, but I never received a follow-up. We also were not offered any type of discount or meaningful resolution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself returning.

What a find right in the heart of Sebring / Avon Park! Jinsoo is a wonderfully delightful experience with authentic Japanese cuisine that never fails to please.
Sushi, kimchee style fried rice and yakisoba round out my favs — you’ll quickly find your own. Do yourself a favor and stop soon at Jinsoo. You’ll thank me later and often!

My husband and I had an amazing dinner at Jinaoo Japanese Restaurant in Sebring. We both ordered poke bowls—mine with salmon and his with tuna—and everything was fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
Our server, Rosie, was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, informative, and made the experience even better.
We sat outside on the terrace, and the atmosphere was perfect. The breeze, wooden plank floors, beautiful plants, soft lighting, and relaxing patio setting made it feel truly special.
This has quickly become one of our favorite places for dinner. Highly recommend!
