- JWJustin White5 days ago1.0I love DQ ice cream it's why I keep coming but at this point I'm going to start driving out of my way to the other DQ in town. EVERY single time I come here it takes forever to get through the drive through lane. I'm not talking 5 mins either I'm talking 15-30 mins every time without fail no matter what time I've come & no matter how many people are or aren't in line. Generally when I get to the window you deal with people who don't care at all. (Not all but most). No kind of greeting, hey apologize for the wait, nothing. I don't like to leave negative reviews in general because this isn't an easy business but this DQ has pushed me to the edge & burned through all my patience. It's just crazy how they can be so un-efficient dealing with at most a handful of cars when Chick-fil-A will get through 20 cars in 10 mins.
