- KGKimberly GaugerJul 2, 20265.0What a great little shop tucked in the corner across from BK in North Sebring. Fresh made Belgian waffles in all kinds of flavors. The owner is super sweet and talked to me for a long time. I tried the coconut, banana nut, apple cinnamon and the milk chocolate. I will say the chocolate covered was my least favorite however, the others were superb! I will definitely go back another time. I’ve been wanting to try them since they opened and I finally remembered. Very reasonably priced too. They do not need syrup or butter on them at all. They are good just the way they are. The flavors are tremendous. Bonus, he said they only have about 4 grams of sugar in them. The carbs are a different story though. For a once in a while treat though, I’m sold! I will be back for sure.

My only wish is that there were tables to sit, maybe some options for coffee, to treat it like a real European experience. Overall, we will be back every trip to Sebring!
