- BSBradley Stone SR6 days ago1.0I placed an order in drive thru and the price was $12.49. I gave the young cashier $22.50 so all she would have to do is give me 10 dollar bill and a penny. She started pulling out a $5 bill and five $1’s. I asked her if she could give me a $10 bill instead and she politely said no problem and obliged. In the background an older woman, not sure if she was a manager, told her money is money and told basically she didn’t have to do what I asked. This is the type of ignorant and non customer service that destroys the younger workers today. I told the cashier she did the right thing and her customer service was great and not to listen to the other person.

They don't keep sugar or coffee stirrers out for customers, you have to ask for them and get a look when you ask for more than the 5 packets of sugar they give you. There is no drive through and only 2 people working at any given time.

- AMAthena MApr 16, 20261.0I came in to get a decaf ice coffee for my mom and I. I am severely sensitive to caffeine so that’s why I got a decaf. My usual. I never go to this location though. The man working repeated my order back and it was made very fast. I drank about half of it or a little more and I could tell something was wrong. I started feeling dizzy, head pressure, anxiety, fast heart rate and other symptoms. I knew I was given regular coffee. This could have been very dangerous for me if I drank all of it. I called the store to tell what happened and I was lied to. They said their decaf has caffeine. Which it does. But only around 18mg. I can handle that. Not to mention like I said I always get this drink. He would not admit his fault. I know people will say if you are so sensitive why even try knowing this could happen. I just wanted a nice decaf coffee with my mom like usual I didn’t expect people to not be considerate.
