  Do not trust the signage or the staff at this University Parkway location. I came in specifically for the Monday 70¢ boneless wing special. I was incredibly transparent with the cashier about my $20 budget and even pointed directly to the promotional sign. The experience was a calculated series of deceptions: • The Upsell Trap: When I ordered my 10 wings ($7), the cashier told me fries and a drink were "included" in the deal. This was a lie. She rang me up for a full-price 10pc combo, charging me exactly $20—the limit of my budget. • The "No Button" Excuse: When I pointed out the overcharge, she claimed the deal was "online only." When I read the fine print on their own sign back to her—which clearly stated IN STORE—she pivoted, claiming there "wasn't a button" for the deal on her screen. • The Survey Bribe: They offer a "free brownie" for a survey but imply it must be a 5-star review completed before you even receive your food. It’s a strategic way to pad their metrics and silence complaints before the customer sees the "service" they've actually provided. • The "Correction" & Bad Faith: Instead of a refund, they offered 10 extra wings. While I was waiting, the staff was openly bad-mouthing me in the kitchen. • The Final Insult: When I got to my car, I discovered they didn't even give me the flavors I ordered (Mango Habanero and Hot Honey). They gave me basic BBQ and Buffalo—the two easiest flavors to mass-produce. This wasn’t just a mistake; it felt like a coordinated effort to put in the least amount of work for the maximum amount of a customer's money. It is predatory and unprofessional. I am seeking a full refund and hope corporate investigates the management practices at this specific branch. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

  We walked in two lady employees were sitting not sure if they were sharing a blunt but one of them was smoking weed. The pot smell smacked us in the face as soon as we walked in. One of the girls got up and took care of us, the other lady stayed seated and was blasting TikTok videos from her phone the entire time and occasionally shouted at the other employees telling them to come to the register to take care of someone else who walked in. The lady that took our order was nice I’m just hoping she wasn’t also smoking pot cause I didn’t see her wash her hands or put any gloves on when she helped prepare our food. The food was mediocre the boneless wings and tenders weren’t terrible, but the fires had way too much of whatever seasoning they put on them. They were so salty none of us could eat them. Was our first time eating Wingstop and will most likely be the last. It was quite the experience though lol. Learn from our mistake and read the reviews before going to this location.

  Yoo yall serving up heart attacks. I gotta plate full of oil why seasoning swimming with it. I poured the oil into a cup. Bro it was like good 10 second pour.

  WingStop is exactly that, a great place to stop for wings and some fire fried! They have great food as it's in the name so clearly you don't wanna go there for anything else but I have yet to try a chicken sandwich but I imagine they are delicious!! I can't wait to try more of their flavors and will update of any issues arrise but it's been good experiences so far! Definitely suggests trying out over going somewhere else for wings like Hooters or somewhere silly unless you wanna sit down and enjoy the view I guess! I'll take quality over all that any day of the week! Check it out and get your own opinion though!

  Horrible customer service manager came in , clocked in with a line of 8 people and just laughed and stayed on phone. 5:11pm today one employee walked out saying “you ain’t about to slave me “ after 15 mins of standing at the register with 8 people behind me I walked out . couldn’t even try whatever they were cookin. Horrible customer service . Rick Ross need to come in here re vamp it or something . Needs manager
