  To start with the positives, this Wingstop location was clean, and the descriptions of some of the menu items on the wall looked great. The staff were also respectful and seemed to do their jobs without any major errors. However, there were several clear issues during my visit. First, the seating and ordering area was extremely small. The restaurant only had one cramped bench with three seats, placed right up against the front of the storefront. Second, even though my order was small, just 10 Original Hot boneless wings, it still took a long time to be ready. The biggest issue, though, was the food itself. The wings were honestly just bad. They lacked real flavor and taste, and instead felt like something that had just been quickly heated up. The staff did invite me to complete a survey or join the rewards program for free food, but both employees seemed somewhat out of it and new. I also noticed that a whole section of the restaurant was set up with a table encouraging people to apply for a job, including a sign advertising a “guaranteed interview within 24 hours.” That came across as pushy and made the location seem like it might be desperate for staff. Overall, I would rate my visit to this Wingstop as average at best. I would only recommend it to someone who is okay with below-the-line service for below-the-line food.

  I received the wrong order, I called the store and was told to drive back and bring back the wrong order and they would make it right, what ensued was the worse customer service experience in the history of fast food! I was treated like a criminal and screamed at by two “real classy girls?” and told to leave the store! What a waste of my time and I will be filing a small claims lawsuit which is a waste of my time but how else can I do my part to end this madness! Sarasota should be ashamed of this place and more ashamed of the people working there!

  Received wrong order. After I went home and returned they yelled at me saying I couldn’t receive my right order until I gave my wrong order, which I already ate some of as they are giving me my correct order 1.5 hours later. Continually yelled about me giving it back to receive my correct order so they could reserve it. I said no and was continually yelled at. Trailer trash employees, what can you expect
