The host (which was not friendly at all) instead told us we could only seat in a small table right at the middle of the restaurant, where there were people seated in both sides. We decided to leave without even trying the food.

I ordered some food for delivery and the first uber driver canceled my order and lied telling me they were in a car accident. I found out that was not true and called the restaurant upset. Not only did Chip, the owner, handle me gently, he instantly offered a more than fair solution to make it right. He went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of and my inconvenience was additionally compensated for. He was kind, and put my need above his profits. He truly cares about his customers and it shows! If you’re looking for your next lunch spot, check out Main Bar in downtown Sarasota. The food, atmosphere, and owner/staff are unparalleled!
