  Always filthy dirty floor everywhere with food and trash. An employee wanders around emptying cans in slow motion, and didnt bother or care.

  Waited 30 mins for my order just for them to tell me they lost it. And when they remade it they didn’t include the drink I payed for

  Pull up to the drive thru. No "Hello". No "Welcome to Taco Bell". Just a gruff "What can I get you?" Place my order and drive around. Tall guy, beard, tattoos looks at me and walks away. Returns & stands there. "How much is it?" "$14.85". Hand him a $20. No "Thank you". Shoves some napkins in the bag and lays it on the drive thru window ledge for me to grab. "Can I get some sauce?" <big sigh> "What kind you want?" "Mild". This time hands me the bag but now we're in a stare down. "There are plenty of jobs. You don't have to be angry at work." "Huh" "You seem like you don't like your job." "I don't like annoying people." "Exactly how was I annoying?" (Perhaps asking the price AND for sauce was just too much.) Again I say, "Life's short, you don't have to be so unhappy." He tried to insult me. I shrugged my shoulders and drove off. He should not be interacting with the public. Probably shouldn't be out in public, if he's that angry.
