    Ordered online, get there to pick it up, they said they didn't have the order, I showed them my confirmation, they told me the manager told them if they didn't have the order, they couldn't make it, meanwhile I was charged for it and they wouldn't give me a managers number or who else to speak with!!!! Employees were rude! Done with subway. I managed subway restaurants and would have never treated a customer that way

    Can never get anything right whenever it comes to online orders my drinks were missing and my subs were all mest up, I called they were no help at all. And said I can get a free drink the next time I go. THAT DOES NOT HELP.

    I'm updating my review from a previous time I went to this location. It's been about one year ago. Back then the customer service was bad enough to keep me from returning. But today I was provided excellent customer service. The 2 young men working around noon today weren't wearing name badges so I don't know their names. However I want to thank them for a job well done! My online order was prepared accurately, was fresh, and prepared quickly. But the customer service I received today at this location changes my opinion from the horrible customer service I had received about one year ago. Thanks again for providing a great Subway experience. Previous review comments below. This location was clean. Staff was okay. Sub sandwich not the best. This location used to make great subs but quality has declined over the past year. I'm not sure if it's Subway overall or this specific location.
